Rob’s diverse career in commercial real estate spans 25 years. He has brokered development land, farms, ranches, hotels, apartments, retail centers, industrial properties, and other real estate investment projects. He consistently ranks among the top producers in the Lubbock/West Texas metropolitan service area and has enjoyed working with sophisticated developers such as Wal-Mart, Halliburton, University Medical Center, Epic Properties, Graco Development, Avalon Partners, as well as some of the premier residential developers in the region.  Rob has earned the coveted CCIM designation in 2008 and has sold over $350,000,000 in personally brokered transactions. 

Kaki joined WTX Realty in 2024 after 35+ years in insurance claim's leadership.  She  has been a strategic project lead consultant  for various insurance claims initiatives and  a leader in Claims Quality Assurance and Process  Compliance.  She has a dynamic ability to influence people and strong communication and analytical  skills.  Kaki is excited to begin a new career and brings a passion for an exceptional customer experience.
